Monteverde protected area is a very famous reserve; founded 40 years ago by a community of milk producers. Weather and geographic conditions of the region are the base for its huge species diveristy and its particular vegetation.

SKY TREK
Sky Trek used a zip lines system, where you can admire Monteverde Forest from a totally differen
t perspective, safety thru such an innovating system. This tour includes 11 cross-sectional cables 3 Km. long with distances from 40 to 770 meters long and heights from 20 to 160 meters. The Sky Trek also includes two observation platforms with panoramic views of San Carlos, Puntarenas and Guanacaste areas. It takes around 2 hours.
